How far off is it? Leave any spacers out of the ps bracket?

1/4 inch? Mines about 3/4 inch off,has been since '99 and no problems.
I thought I remembered some sort of spacer that is supposed to position the bracket, maybe I'm thinking about some other vehicle. (big help eh?).

Re: Balancer pulley/PS pulley ?????

I was putting the lwp setup in my Blazer and the pulleys would not line up so I put the swp back on and they line up fine. Which are you using? On the new motor did you press the harmonic balancer on enough?

I just switched the old balancer and pulley to the new motor. I didn't put nothing different so thats why i wonder why the crap doesnt line up like it was in the old motor if everything's the same and i did press the balancer hard enough in!!! I will check on the old motor to see whats up!!
