I am going to install disc brakes on my 69 since I drive it all the time. It is a 3/4 ton and I was wondering what spindles or spindles and a-arms I can use on the front end. I need to rebuild the front end any way and thought I could upgrade the front end in the process. Thanks

The links are for a 1/2 ton truck, I was looking for a 3/4 ton truck to convert the 8 lug to disc.

You should be able to use the 73-up 3/4t stuff.Do the swap just as a 1/2t

Good luck! I'm in the process of doing the same change. I'm using the crossmember from a 91 suburban. I used the same upper and lower a-arms from the 91. I also used the entire steering components from the same vehicle. The steering box from that will also bolt on and I'm told that it is a quicker ratio than the stock on my 70. Every thing bolts as on the 1/2t. There is going to be one hole on each side that you will need to drill and another that you will need to elongate. There is a flat 3 hole washer that mounts from the bottom up inside the crossmember that you will need to make sure you re-install. Most if not all of the front suspension parts are the same from our generation to the next on the 3/4t. I am to the point on mine where I need to route the brake lines. As far as I can figure the rear lines are as stock. The front lines will probably be ordered for the 91. The mounting provisions for the bendix lines are on a tab on the crossmember for the 70 and they are different on the next generation. Just make sure that if you use a specific year spindles and centerlink that you follow through with that year for the rest of the parts. Lane

Forgot to add this, I am going to use the stock booster from my 70, it was power drum. The master cylinder and proportioning valve will be for a 71 or 72 power disc/drum set-up.
