how to remove the shifter
i am attempting to remove my 4 speed shift stick so that i can get the cab with much more ease, how to do it? never needed to do it before, thanks Harry

If there is a boot, remove it. Then there is a round metal cover at the base of the stick shifter. Push it down and I think turn it slightly. It will then release and allow you to pull the shifterright out. Hope that makes sense.
