1/2T vs 3/4T suspension.
Specifically the front end.
what's the same, what's different. Later model 3/4T drop spindles available? I have my eye on a 65 3/4T for a shop truck. |

Well, 1T drop spindles are available...and the balljoints and bearings are the same on the later (70's) chassis.
Hmmm.....later model one tone brakes....dually rear set-up...bag it...anyone else done this? |

Re: 1/2T vs 3/4T suspension.
Stevie - you should not have any difficulties in switching to newer parts. I recommend getting a complete cradle - rotor to rotor, steering, etc.
Clean it all up and install at one time. I think you need a PS adapter from REZ Enterprises to mount the box to the frame. I would recommend pulling the engine to assist in installation - a couple of holes have to be realined by drilling from the inside of the frame. Get it all installed and then change out your spindles. Where did you find the 1T dropped spindles?
