you might want to try to dril it out verry careful with a holesaw scrape of as mush as the rust on the inside of the outer doorshell put rustpreventer in and weld a new round piece in , but theres a big chance you punch right trough the front of the door too with the saw
you allso could try to pry of that corner of the outerskin far enough to cut a triangle out and weld a new piece in before bending the outer skin back in place . the first i see most chance of success the second one does need some metalskill to get right without denting the corner on the outside

I think door skin and inner door patch panels are available. I think the pair cost about $50 and I found used doors for the same price, so I went with the doors...
