engine compartments pics

howdy..i am looking for pics of engine compartments that have everything routed correctly ,and look nice and neat.i am refering to wiring and hoses fuel lines etc.i know i have alot of work to do cleaning mine up lol just want to see what a few of you folks have done.i am getting ready to clean up that area of my 69,the previous owner(s) got everything kinda wild and loose.

nice pics thanks......where did you guys find those upper alternator brackets at?i been having a hard time finding the upper bracket for my truck,the one thats there looks like hell, i can find them for bb but not for sb i tried a couple of universals but they wouldn't work because the curve was not sharp enough

try general motors performance parts cataloge, or classic industries, jegs or summit may have something like that. Mine is stainless with 2 mounting holes in the bottom so i can change the curve if needed. ill try and find you one and shoot you some links.

page 818 of the engines and components, theres also some other ones in there that i seen, but 817 and 818 have most of them that you need including the small block one your looking for.

Like this, but the carb is off right now and intake is stuffed with paper towels. Rusty and Dusty, Baby!!!
