I actually got some time to put the tahoe seat in for a trial fit. I think it looks good, but I will have to completely fabricate a new bracket set-up to make everything fully functionable.
I plan to lower the seat 2 inches and fabricate the brackets to move the seat rearward 3-4" without it being verticle

i think it looks pretty myself and im not a fan of the new seats in these trucks but that looks good to me nice job

Being that is actually a rear seat I can imagine you will have quite a bit of finagling to do. It wasn’t exactly designed to slide. It was designed to tumble forward. You might regret getting a rear seat as there aren’t many comfy seat adjustments either. I had that seat in the back of my 2002 Tahoe Z71 and found it pretty uncomfortable.

Looks nice though!

This seat is extremely comfortable.

This is not a third row, if thats what your thinking, which is hard as a rock

I wouldn't even have considered it, but I rode in a truck with the same seat, and was pleasantly surprised. Its far, far, more comfortable than the stock bench

As far as sliding back and forth, adjustment wont be needed. The farther back I can get it the better, I need the leg room
