The end of an era...

Haha, well that was probably too dramatic of a title.

I'm afraid I will be selling my truck in a few weeks - after owning chevy trucks for about 5 years...See, for 7 years I have had my eye on this one car, just waiting for the day it went on sale. Well FINALLY, this good friend of mine said she was selling it, so I am now the proud owner of a 66 Mustang

Although I'll stick around here for quite a while, I appreciate all the help you guys have given me, in parts and knowledge

Re: The end of an era...

Nothing wrong with owning a classic Mustang. I have been looking for a 60's convertible for my wife.

Too bad you have to sell the truck to make it happen, but that's part of life. Stay around as much as you like. We don't care if your not a truck owner...

Re: The end of an era...

I've got a '65 that I've had since I was 15. LOVE THAT CAR. But I'm thinking of selling it so I can buy another truck. Sheesh.

HA. if i were u i would hold on to that. you got some history together. I am not a big mustang guy but i like the pre 70's stangs and the 04 SVT cobra.

Good luck with the 66. Got any specs on it? Motor, trans, body style? but please try to keep the ford lingo to a minimum because i am not to good at it
