Curb weight 81 K3500
Anyone know (or care to guess) the approximate curb weight of an 81 K3500 cab/chassis 135 in wheelbase dually? It's a 350/4speed/np205 combo, standard cab

I would guess 6800 lbs based on the empty weight of my 95 1 ton Chevy van.

I would say 6000 pounds or less for a cab and chassis. My '81 K30 with the dump bed and me in the cab has an empty weight on the landfill scales right at 7000 pounds. HTH,
