"sport" Mirrors

I guess thats what they are called. Anyway, my '83 had the larger 3 pt mirrors that I took off. I am wanting the mirrors like N2TRUX has. Do these mirrors come with something to show exactly where they mount ?

Re: "sport" Mirrors

I know they are standard on some trucks. My truck was ordered with the larger 3 point mirrors, so I am unsure where the smaller mirrors mount. I do plan on checking out LMC on the price. Thanks.

Re: "sport" Mirrors

If you are oging to mount the "Below Eye-level mirrors" Elephant ears, then look at getting the mounting bracket for the inside of the door, so that the mirros don't ruin the sheetmetal skin, by shaking a lot. It is a little bar that mounts the mirror to the inside door skin for support.

Re: "sport" Mirrors

If you grab a set of used sport mirrors, make sure you get the brackets on the inside of the door. Here is a photo of one.

I actually have the GM drill templates to go from the sport mirrors to both the 3 point and the dumbo mirrors.
