Driveshaft Question

Hi Guys..On a 67 short stepside if it's lowered 4/5 with spindles & coils do any mods need to be done to the middle crossmember to allow the driveshaft to clear & have adequate travel? The driveshaft would be a 1 piece conversion. Thanks in advance for any help....J.R.

Re: Driveshaft Question

I have a one piece shaft and a 6'' drop in the rear with no issues nor have I heard of anyone else having problems with interference with the stock crossmember. I know some guys like to use the Extreme drop crossmember, but it's not necessary.
