frenched sidemarkers?

has anyone here ever frenched there sidemarkers in so they are flush with the body ??

im interested in doing that but i dont know how i would do it or if it would look good.

pics would be good.

Van markers are pretty close to flush, just another option, I have them on "Merlot"

they did that to a truck on overhaulin. i cant find any pictures except this one

Firebird side markers are close as well.

I've got a set of firebird markers, and they are EXTREMELY close to flush. They look really good in there, and are pretty cheap as well.

70 - 81 use markers similar to the 67-72 pickups.




the only problem i see, is that the firebird used red in front and rear, so i don't think it's possible to use these if you want to keep the stock yellow in front theme.

matt: they let you get away with that on inspections? i'm getting my truck ready for TX inspections, and those side markers are on the required list.
