Rear Tow Hooks F/S
After doing some research to some back threads I would say these are the real deal but not 100 percent positive. One hook is numbered 77850R1 with
C1030 below that, the other hook is numbered 77850R2 with 1030 below that without the C. One hook has the forward mounting boss "milled" down for whatever reason. Looks to me like the real deal on rear hooks but you be the judge. Cleaned, primed and painted semi-gloss black. $50 plus shipping.

Re: Rear Tow Hooks F/S
i'm with you on this one, i have a couple sets of those hooks and they look identical to the ones in my accessory catalog from "72. i'm going to use them on the rear of my two trucks since i've never actually seen a "documented" rear set.
the only set i've ever heard of was found by a buddy of mine in a yard around reno nevada several years ago. he said they were listed on the option sheet in the glove box but he didn't pull the glove box door for proof. but he also said the hooks were mounted inboard of the bumper closer to the rear differential. they were on a 2wd suburban and it had front and rear tow hooks.

jerry moss, Thanks for your input. Thought I was correct on these being the "real deal" but really have never seen a pair installed.

Re: Rear Tow Hooks F/S
Just a little hijack here. What is the RPO code for the front hooks? I don't recall seeing that on the big list of options. I probably just "space over" them becuase I don't have any but I am just curious what the RPO code is.
TIA - Bob

Re: Rear Tow Hooks F/S
My frame only has 2 holes back there, been looking for "Hooks" that would
work, but not necessarily OEM ones, I search Evil Bay weekly for a match.
