I`d like some input on what the value of this axle would be.First,it`s a desireable 4.10.It`s totally rebuilt:new bearings, seals, and brakes incl:new drums, wheel cyls, hardware. It has a freshly installed Detroit Locker. The brake line is an Inline-Tube stainless piece. It doesn`t get any better than this for factory original.

Re: Wiw:ho52
Well,it`s like this...It`s in my Highlander and it`s staying there, although I`d love to swap it out.I`m selling the truck and I`m preparing myself for the "I want it/low-ballers".It`s the kind of thing you can tell people about all day long, but they can`t see.You see where I`m going?I did this to keep it,but things have changed. So,I`m prepared to tell them,"That`s a thousand dollar axle you`re lookin`at and if you can`t appreciate what you`re lookin`at...seeya."That among the other work and the fact that even though it`s not cherry, you won`t find a better unrestored body on a loaded 4wd truck this side of the Mississippi.I hate selling stuff. But I have some replies from bidding as a contractor.Like when the first question asked is,"can you do it any cheaper?",before taking a minute to see what they`re getting for my price.I scratch my chin like I`m pondering it then reply,"I suppose I could, but I could also do it for more."
