I just received an A1 Cardone rebuilt master cylinder and brake booster for my 72 Blazer. The original master cylinder has two equal size resevoirs while the replacement has a larger front resevoir than the rear. The outlet lines appear to be in the same position as the original cylinder. Will I have a problem using this master cylinder.

Your original master is for an all drum setup, the replacement is for front discs. That's why the larger reservoir, the discs take more fluid to move the brakes. Assuming you have a drum/drum setup, you will be okay. If you have disc/drum, you need a proportioning valve to set the pressure different for the discs.
