rear suspension question
I want to switch from my leaf spring to the trailing arm setup, has anyone done this before?

lots have done it on the blazer forum , look for gringoloco's trailing arm thread .

you have to change out the center crossmember and then the links.. i changed mine to a link set up.. my truck came with leafs and now i have a 2link.. i used the existing spring hangers and went from there.. i dont have good articulation but it corners better then ever... there are many options for lowering a leaf setup though is thats what you are worried about.

E's 69 we are in the same situation. I have a 72 GMC, and am wanting to install a ART 4 link. What are we going to do?
