Look what Santa brought early..!

Just finally picked up the filter element for my new K&N Filter, just a 9 inch diameter as I have some clearance issues with bigger filters as my 350 is in the 6 location. Anything will be better than the Edelbrock triangular foam fire lighter currently fitted. Believe it or not I had to wait for K&N to bring one in from the U.S so it's taken about eight weeks to get it. Can't wait for it to stop raining so I can get out and fit it.

Very nice, and you'll enjoy the performance gain.

Clearance issues = too lazy to move the coil which at the moment would get in the way of a bigger filter. I also got a good deal on the 9 inch filter casing at a show direct from K&N. My engine is pretty much stock apart from the 4bbl Carter AFB and anything will breath better than my previous filter. I went out in the rain and fitted it today.

BTW nice tool cab Acattack, got one similar to the bottom part last year for my blacksmithing tools.

Lippyp, one thing I keep forgettin.......I have deleted my heater, leaving a pretty big open spot to mount things . It looks good on there, & Im sure you will be happy with the filter!
