1968 50th anniversary in the Barn?????

I was helping out a friend clean out his huge barn lots and lots of cars.

Came across this 1968 chevy 3/4 ton long bed sitting in the corner.
I asked if I could have it, he said take it if I wanted it for the help. I told him I would take it!

Can someone tell me info of the VIN number, and did 50th anniversary come with a white top. VIN # CE248Z169976

He has the bed and most of the interior parts in boxes, but it’s missing engine and trans.

He has the title, a little bit of rust in the rockers but not bad......

Could it be a anniversary edition??????

Not likely, i don't see any white on the lower panels there, but it's a tough call at this angle.

I can't help you with your question, but it looks like a cool free truck anyway.

Does it have the glovebox door? If so and the sticker is readable, a few folks on here can tell you by the options list.
Either way, it's nice payment for a little bit of work. Score!
