The new truck I picked up has an engine block number 180164424 VII24HM.

If anyone can tell me size and year I would appreciate it.

I'm assuming the second number containing the suffix code HM is from the pad on the front pass. side of the block. It gives 3 options but couldn't find any reference to the first number. Hope this helps.

1965 HM 327 a/c, trans ign, m/t 365hp 4bbl Vette/Chevy II
1968 HM 327 tur hydramatic 250hp 4bbl full size
1969 HM 350 a/t 250hp 2bbl full size/Chevy II
