Pictures of my truck

Finally got around to snapping some pictures, I figured after being here for 4 months, it was about time.

81' GMC 1500, 5.0L with heads, intake, and carb from a 5.7L. So far the only type of mods she has is a set of ALpine speakers, Kenwood deck, full stainless exhaust system with a thrush glass-pack (no cats), and the Desert Fox off-road lights on the front bumper.

I'm building a roll-bar so hopefully that will be done soon, and I'm trying to find a brush guard for the front, and then my next big plan is to put some 3/4 ton coils in the front and black fo add-a-leafs in the rear.

These we're taken the day I bought it 3 months ago.

Grill had a bunch fo paint chips, since this picture it has been re-painted

Re: Pictures of my truck

I'd love to lift it up, but some wide bulgey fenders on it, roll bar, brush guard, the widest tires i can find...or trade it for a 4x4. I love Baja and CORR and the like, I just think those trophy trucks and prerunners look incrediable.

However, you can see in the first couple pictures the back end of my Chevelle, that baby takes priority...and being a 17 yr. old kid working part time money is very tight, so all my dreams for the truck have to get put aside. As a result, the truck remains my winter beater.

Re: Pictures of my truck

Its a 75' Laguna S3. My grandpa bought it brand new and it kept getting handed down through the family until it reached me, me and my Dad are trying to restore it but finding parts is bloody hard, and when I do find something its stupidly expensive.

I've got some more info up on my CarDomain page

Re: Pictures of my truck

ill keep an eye out for part down here im in a chevelle club and some has got to have one off these for parts. my junk man might come across one.

And 75 chevelle parts will do right unless the part is package specific. (aka Laguna S3)

Re: Pictures of my truck

The only S3 specifc parts (i think) are the front end body pannels, as in the nose and bumper and stuff. Other than that alot of parts from similar yeared el caminos, monte carols, impalas, and malibus will work
