Re: Video from the Track Saturday

Yeah, my friend's 63 ended up running 9.2s with a 2.1 60 foot.. That ZZ4 really runs.. I honestly believe with a little tuning he can have his truck running 13 second 1/4 miles times.. That is fast for such a big box pushing so much air..

My best pass was 10.0 but with a single traction bald tire 3.73 open rear I couldn't expect to much..

It was fun though..

Thanks..

James..

I plan on taking some more pictures of the truck and showing them.. Just haven't had a chance to get it done yet..

Thumbs up Re: Video from the Track Saturday

I love it when you guys come down.. Some of the best 10.5 outlaw racing you will ever see in the SouthEast.. Shadyside is famous for 10.5 races and they just had one last Weekend I believe.. But Ware Shoals is a place where drivers have to drive their car and be fast.. Thanks for bringing those cars down to our little track and putting on one of the best shows we have ever seen at that track..

You have to know your stuff to get a car that fast down the old Ware Shoals Dragway..

Loved the video BTW, but am I hearing this correctly?

You ran a 10.0 second 1/4 mile ET with a 3.73:1 open rear end and a bald tire on a 4,000 lb truck? What are you running for engine?

Re: Video from the Track Saturday

Yep, all times I posted are 1/8th mile times..

I was saying my buddies 63 could run 13s in the 1/4 mile with a little work..

Mine would need more work..

Sorry for the confusion

James..
