removing floor from the sides

Does the steel floor just unbolt from the bedsides or is there something that will have to be cut away?

There are two small welds on each side. They are where the the bedside meets the bed floor at the back near where the tailgate pivots are. Remove the tailgate and you will see them. An air or electric cut off tools is probably the best way to cut through them. The rest of the bed is assembled with bolts.

Thanks guys. Tim had the whole box for sale for $150, and this guy offered him $100 just for the floor!! So he will be dismantling the box and then selling off the tailgate and box panels separately.
Northern thing???

Well I did it. It took about 1 1/2 hours to do and a lot of bolts getting torched but it's apart.
