71/72 only? door brace plastic pcs
I thought these were a '72 only thing, but these came from an original '71 blazer door? Small plastic trim pcs. near the wing window for inner/outer door skin support. Hard to find. $ 22 shipped, only one screw

Re: 71/72 only? door brace plastic pcs
I'd like to take first dibs on these. BUT, I am under the impression they are a '69-'70 item. Of course trying to verify now I came up only with a clear pic on a '70 showing these, all the '71-'72 pics I can't tell. I think in '71-'72 their was a dimple that the screw sat in and therefore these weren't required/used. I could be wrong though, my Jimmy of course doesn't have the original screws etc, modified by the PO on the driver side and the pass side is a truck door without the screw.
Could you cross post on the Blazer/Jimmy board to get confirmation either way? If they are '69-'70 only, I can't use them, but I think it will make them more valuable for you sell. Thanks

I have them on my 70 Blazer. When I changed out doors screws were trash, but managed to get exact replacements screws at local hardware.

Re: 71/72 only? door brace plastic pcs
My 70 Jimmy has them and my 72 pickup has the screws recessed into the dimples on the doors. Both trucks are original.
