Re: progress pics of 79 pro street
Chevyrod I would consider putting a tank on one side and a compressor (or two) on the other side. I have the two small Thompson (Firestone) compressors mounted on the 82 Blazer and they aren't "too" bad.
Travis- On my 77 Cheyenne I have one ViAir mounted in the rear of the frame and it's still too loud. You are not going to like them mounted inside your truck..... ![]()

Re: progress pics of 79 pro street
Thanks for the input
I have also thought of boxing it in like Tvblazer78. I was just a little worried about the comp. getting too hot. These Viairs seem to get very hot when they are running. I may end up running them outside right behind the rear tires on both sides. As for the tank I have now there is no way I have room outside for it. Last edited by Chevyrod; 03-30-2007 at 09:30 PM. |

Re: progress pics of 79 pro street
I looked at air bags like what you have, but you had to move your right shock, is that what you had to do?
