Just a few pics......

I haven't posted any pics of my truck lately, so I figured I'd just post a few for the fun of it. I like the second pic.

ROCK ON, MAN!

Wow, my truck actually got a compliment from Dustin. I'll have to mark that one down. The rear bumper is staying, thats what I pull 'Yota's around with.

Cool Re: Just a few pics......

Agreed, great looking truck!

Question though, isn't that a small block in the picture?
Or did I miss something? Highly probable...

Re: Just a few pics......

Don't bother ask/hint if the V6 is for sale. Your not going to get it.

Ok,I won`t hint that I wanted to trade even up with this 383 That I just built.

Re: Just a few pics......

I've got the same 305 "big block" V6 in my '68. They are GM's closest thing to a gas powered diesel. Lots of torque, low rpm operating range, and great fuel economy. They actually made versions all the way up to something like 478 and even had a V12...where they made a special block and crank and then set 4 of the V6 heads and 2 intake manifolds on it.

They're the last of the light duty GMC "truck" engines.

They are a lot like a diesel. The 500 Holley 2bbl. really wakes them up, almost a night and day difference.
