Hi everyone,

If you dont want to you dont even need to run a lower bag mount or cup on a 63-87 lower control arm. Just cut the bumpstop bracket off grind everything so theres no sharp edges or burrs and install your bag to the upper plate. The bottom of the bag will rest in the lower spring pocket just like the stock coil. As long as everything is smooth theres no worries of bag failure!
No lower cups on my old burban worked fine. Look at www.ifcustom.com at Marrissas suburban thats where I got the idea.
