Question cam ? not gm

As many of us do in these northern climates, we put our trucks away for the winter and bring out the beaters. Mine happens to be a 92 Jeep YJ with a 4 Cyl. and 5 speed . I use it to commute and to plow snow about 5 times a year. Just doesnt snow up here like it used to ! Last year I picked up a performance cam (lol) from EBAY. I'm thinking it's about time to put it in. Can any of you cam Guru's give me an idea of what performance changes I could expect. Heres the specs:
lift 450/450
duration 256/256
overlap 40
centerline106

thanks
