Looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor.

That color is nice - just the right amount of wear - sweet truck.

Actually yes, Texas law states that you can transport loaded rifles and shotguns in vehicles. They may be carried in plain view anywhere in the vehicle or secured in a commercial gun case or gun rack. FYI, I did keep the gun rack just in case I decide to put it back in.

Let me know of the next one that your going to and I will see what I can do.

I'm only about 15 miles east of you in the big city of Ben Wheeler. I've got a '69 LWB of my own, had it about 6 months now and love it. Your truck turned out real nice. Who did the paint?? I owned a '71 in High school and have come full circle, I really wanted another '71 but couldn't pass up the deal on the '69. Still needs a good bit of TLC, but I'll Git R done!

Thanks Mike. My P&B man removed the locks and then used a special aluminum primer and then painted them to match. I was reluctantly contemplating just shaving them and just cutting some doors on the inside of the bed, but I saw a truck on ebay that someone had repainted and I just happened to notice that the fuel doors were painted to match the truck and other than the lock I thought it was fairly unoticeable. I'm Pleased the way they turned out.
