Mixing power steering and columns

I have a 1966 Chevy C-10, 350, auto, column shift. Me and guy who's working with me (good mechanic) are going to replace my power assist steering with an AGR variable close ratio box designed for a 68 to 76 chevy truck. We are also going to put an Ididit column in. The column Ididit recomends is a DD shaft on a 64 to 66 retro fit.

My question is this; does anyone know what pitman arm I would need to make the steering gear work alright? Also (I guess there was more than one question) I plan to get the REZ bracket, but can you tell me what else I will need? I'd like to do stainless hoses but what year would you recommend to replicate for the best fit?

Anyone done this? Thanks for your help.
