What else should I do?
I'm getting ready to change my oil pan and timing chain cover gaskets soon. Is there anything else I should probably change or fix while I'm in there? The obvious thing is a new timing chain, but what else?

Re: What else should I do?
How's the oil pressure? Might consider changing the pump. Cheap insurance...Also try using the one piece oil pan gasket from Felpro. A little more pricey, but well worth it.....

Don’t ask me about doing this job!!!lol I started just like that and now my engine is in the shop being built into a 383!
Is you engine out? This will be a lot easier if it is. Do the rear main seal too. s/t
