Heat Riser Gasket

Well I am stuck with a heat riser and the time has come to put the ram horns back on. I got the passenger side on but now I am stuck at the drivers side. The gasket has a triangle bolt pattern. The opening is almost 2 1/4 on the heat riser but all of the gaskets that I have asked about have a 2 1/2 opening. That seems to big to me. Does anyone know if this is the correct gasket size?

Thanks

Re: Heat Riser Gasket

as long as the gasket will fit the bolt pattern you should be fine, just make sure it has the steel ring in the center and both surfaces are clean. i can get you the correct one monday when i go back to work if you don't find the right one before then. p.m. me if you need one.

Re: Heat Riser Gasket

The gasket has a 2 1/2 opening and the heat riser itself it almost 2 1/4.
