i saw your rims and tires on another post and was wondering if those are regualar vette ralleys or are they after market ones? i have 85 1/2ton 5 bolt discs and 85 5 bolt 1/2ton rear end,will regular vette ralleys bolt up?

They would be the aftermarket ones, because they are six lug.

Well, I honestly don't know where mine came from...lol

They're either from american racing, or wheel vintiques.

Sounds like you have a 5 on 5 bolt pattern, regular vette rallies won't bolt up, but the aftermarket ones will, and if you get the grey painted ones like mine, they're relatively cheap. Well, in the U.S. anyways, not sure aboot Canaduh eh! j/k

Didn't the large Monte Carlos (like '74ish) have 5 on 5? I know I have a neighbor with an 80's caprice classic, and he has 'corrvette' rallys on it. I know the caprice has 5 on 5...so is it a big monte wheel, and if not...where did they come from? I KNOW these are not aftermarket. They were just put on the car, and they doubled the net worth of the POS.

Somewhere around 1978 the caprice/ Impala went to a 4 3/4" bolt circle......i think 77 was the last 5 on 5 . Im not sure on the Monte, but dont remember a 5 on 5 ?

Not sure on the bolt dimensions on those old Monte Carlos, but I do seem to remember them coming with slotted-corvetter style ralleyes. Keep in mind that corvettes usually came with 8's up front and 10's out back so it is very unlikely that someone would have a set of 4 8's or 10's, however, the early Camaros came stock with slotted rallyes too, and they are more likely to come in sets of 4 of one size. What set all those slotted rallyes apart were the center caps.
