Newb 67 stepside
Hey from Clemson, South Carolina. This is my truck. 67 c10 2wd short bed stepside with the small window. It has been my daily drive for 4 years, since I was 17, it was my second vehicle, bought it off a friends uncle for $600 with a 250 inline 6 and a 3 speed manual tranny. Since then I have done;
-Sbc 305, bought for $40, then got it bored .030, put in a mild cam, rebuilt motor myself, and long tube headers. Last week I put on a holley street dominator intake, and finally a better working holley 600 carb. In the mail is a new distributor 65k volt super coil, mine is worn out. -Tires- 31/12.50/15 on the back 235/75/15 on the front -Cut a coil out of the front springs, wanna do a 2 inch drop on the back. -New windshield, tinted side windows and rear window -Chrome front bumper -1 1/2 in front swaybar from a dually -clear parking lights -bucket seats Here are a few pics, still gotta get some with bucket seats and new intake, very soon. |

Nice to have another small window fan aboard here. I hope my 67 short step will come out looking good too.

Re: Newb 67 stepside
Here are a few pics of what I got done last weekend. New(to me) bucket seats from Chevy lumina minivan. I sat in a lot of seats at the junkyard and these fit my truck pretty well, just had to drill a few holes. Sit at the same height of the bench seat but more comfortable and shifter fits better. I covered the seats myself still have to do the headrests and armrests better, but I am happy with it for the time being.
Got the intake on. Holley street dominator intake. This weekend putting on a new 65kV distributor. |
