Anyone know of a good one? I know of several around but not sure which ones are better.

Wayne Calvert is one of the best in the country. Right in Denton too.

I'm in Denton too. My dad had a motor rebuilt at Anderson's Machine Shop in Lewisville several years ago. Wayne Calvert is supposed to be really good too.

Dave Plubell in Garland is good too, a bit of a drive for you though.

Dunno I haven't dealt with them for years but know of plenty of people that have their machine work done there.

I second the Wayne Calvert Engine Shop... BIG TIME!
There are a few in Garland that are good also...

I used Kim Barr Racing Engines in Garland. Shop# is 972-272-6121. Established in 1974 so must be doing something right. He also has dyno in shop if you want numbers.
