window seals???
I'm sure that this has probably been covered, but I was wondering what the best solutions are. I installed a complete new windo seal kit on my truck a while back. Althought the installation process went really smooth, I noticed that the outer seal didnt even touch the window. I called the Chevy Duty, and asked them about it and they asked me to verify part numbers. Everything matched up, so I don't know what's going on with it. Has anybody else ran into this problem before??? And if so, what did you do to resolve it??? Here is a picture that might help better explain what I'm talking about.

Re: window seals???
One thing to check is when your window is down grab the window chanel near the base of the vent window and squeze it together. Does it move or is it solid? Their is a small tab under the vent window that tends to break causing the window chanel to seperate and widen. This may be part of the problem If this is it the only fix I have done is tack weld the clip back together.

Re: window seals???
It does flex. Im guessing that it's pretty tricky to get the welder in there to tack it back in place??? Or is it not bad. I'm not savvy with a welder, but I have a buddy that might be able to help me out. thanks for the info
