You'll need a ECM, wiring harness, sensors (MAP, EST module), distributer, throttle body. I'm sure im leaving out a few things....

The accessories/brackets will interchange ok. Starter and transmission are the same.
Full size with a V6 would probably have a 5speed manual?
Those weren't the strongest transmissions, If it were mine I would go automatic.... thats just me though.
