it has the stock 88 brackets. I think you have to drill 2 extra holes for the outside brackets. to put it in our trucks. I'll look to see.

Looks like they drilled all the holes but 2. Only 1 hole on each outside bracket lines up. I haven't put one of these seats in our trucks,so I'm not sure if this one is rigged or if both holes on the outside will line up.
