If that don't help, I also found this.
They probably have one for our trucks, even if it isn't listed on this page: http://www.mbmbrakeboosters.com/MBMCatalog2004.pdf |

Re: booster help[booster to firewall seal]
If you are attaching that booster to the firewall with the stock brackets, there are two seals in that area; the seal that is shown in your picture and another seal that goes on the brake push rod which fills the space between the rod and the firewall. I got both of those from Kennys Truck, see at www.kennystrucks.com
Added; you won't see those parts listed on his site, but you can get the phone number off the site and call them. Last edited by BigSky71; 04-16-2007 at 04:37 PM. |

Re: booster help[booster to firewall seal]
When I checked around when I did mine I was told it came only when you bought a new booster. This is not always true as I have bought new ones and been told to transfer the old one over. (Perhaps somebody helped themselves .... who know's.) Looks like it's off to the wreckers.
esll. By the way nice job for junk .... I'd put that in my truck any day of the week. Look's like a Corvette quality resto.

Re: booster help[booster to firewall seal]
I think GMC Pauls has that item. I am going to use a zip tie to attach mine.

Re: booster help[booster to firewall seal]
If you look at Classic Parts they have it. But I have had on ordered for close to 6 months and they have been on back order since. The fire wall boot is different from what you need. They have them both and you can check out the pictures for the differences.
