Gauge Painting
I've heard alot of you mentioning about painting the needles and y0our guages. I'm keeping it simple right now and just planning on doing the needles. What type of paint did you use or recommend? I was just thinking of using some of my Testors modeling paint.
Thanks

I've done it that way with red testors...but I have done it with chevy orange engine spray paint too, and I like the outcome of that way better.

I have also painted the bezel, and clear coated one (with no paint...just directly on top ot the plastic) and have never had a problem. I used testors to cover the nasty chrome too.
Here is how that one came out. |

I installed them...the stock ones were dead and the harness had been hacked to death.
The ones the dope smokin old man installed can be seen in this pic under the dash. (they didn't work either...but the lights on them worked when ever you honked the horn on the dash mounted button) |
