Cab help!

I am being offered a nice, clean 1968 1/2 ton GMC Cab. I would to replace my 1968 Chevy 3/4 because of rust on floors and rocker panels. Am I going to encounter any problems if I decide to replace it? Are these cabs the same or different?

Thanks.

Re: Cab help!

cabs are the same but just the rubber mounts are different. 3/4, 1 tons and all 4wds use a taller rubber mount

No A/C, they are both automatic. Here are a couples of pictures. The red GMC cab will go into the 68 Longhorn 50th. I will take more pictures later.
BTW, I just became a supporter member

Re: Cab help!

So is that blue 68 getting parted out? Interested in a few parts if it is.

Re: Cab help!

Jason,

I think that I am going to be switching the cab and front clip. If you can lend a hand, you can have what you like (free)! Keep in touch.
