You need new door striker(s) (Zinc coated ones are best), and hinge bushings. As far as I know, you have to press the bushings out---Which requires unbolting the door from the body. I've only replaced my door strikers (Doors close much easier), so I am not 100% sure on the process or exact parts needed. Just trying to help.
P.S.-JC Whitney offers door strikers that are zinc plated.

I hope you are luckier than I. My door sagged also so while it was in the piant shop I asked the body guy to line up the door since he was gonna be taking them off to paint. Well come to find out my cab is actually "pushed" in 3/8" and this is why I could never get the door to line up correctly. What a bummer...

The brass bushings wear out causing the door to sag when opened. If not taken care of pronto the pins will get worn out as well. If its let go long enough the hole on the hinge will "oblong" as well. Most parts stores carry new pins and bushings in the "Help" blister packs. If the hole in the hinge is worn out you can get "oversize" replacement bushings. The old bushings are easy to remove with a small chisel and hammer. I place a socket under the hinge where the bushing goes in to help support the hinge while I tap the bushing in with a hammer. Dont let this go, it will tear up the striker bolt and latch assembly in the door as well.
