It kind of hides the e-brake handle and bolts to the bottom of the dash. I don't have a 67/68 to get a pic.

Are the factory bolt hole in the dash already or would I need to do some drilling? This will help give me an idea of mounting location, so I can picture it in the truck.

I found a truck,but it didn't have the holes. It mounts flush to the lower dash below the metal cover that mounts beneath the column. This piece hides part of the e-brake mechanism.

My Panel didn't have one when I got it, but it had the mounting holes, so maybe they all came with the holes.
