Has Anyone Switched..........

Their OEM push rod gas pedal assembly to an OEM cable pedal assembly? Are they interchangable?

My gas pedal originally went through the fire wall. I want one that looks like the attached picture, if it will bolt onto the original bolts.

the firewall isn't the same... this is more of a cut and weld mod.
