shocks for bags
what is a decent shock to use with a air bag set up? my front bags out at 10 3/4 inchs eye to eye and max inflation is 13 3/4 inchs. my rear bags out at 12 inchs eye to eye, and max inflation is 16 inchs. dont know why my rear has 1 more inch of travel. thanks, pkj

Re: shocks for bags
For cruisers.... KYB's and the Monroe's are good shocks to go with. If you are into "curves" nothing beats a good adjustable shock.......

Re: shocks for bags
I run stock shocks front and rear. The fronts hold up lift a bit but are cheap and ride nice. I run the slam RS bag in the front and I think the rear are HS.

Re: shocks for bags
I have stock shocks up front ('73-'87), made by monroe p/n 34817, 9.875" compressed, and 14.625" extended. I also have monroes out back as well (don't remember the part #). Check out their website, they have a data sheet with all the shocks that show the compressed and extended lengths.
