What's the difference??

I tried the search function with no results (I have a search engine deficiency). If this has been addressed, please point me in the right direction.

What is the difference between Custom, Custom/Deluxe, Custom Camper, Longhorn (I know this one), etc....

I know it has something do to with trim packages, but there has to be something that breaks it down.

Re: What's the difference??

Thanks for the link! That pretty well answer's it. I take it, that if a person wanted upper/lower mouldings it was extra if you bought the say "custom/deluxe" model.

Does anyone else have anthything to add?

Re: What's the difference??

Black accent lower mouldings came on CustomDeluxes.Woodgrain lower moulding on Cheyenne.Woodgrain lower and upper moulding on CheyenneSuper.Upper mouldin on CustomDeluxe and Cheyenne with Deluxe 2-tone which is accent paint between mouldings and on top.The Custom had no moulding unless ordered. With Deluxe 2-tone,the Custom got upper/lower also. The CustomCamper was an option, not a model. It could be had on all models. The CustomCamper nameplates could be opted.

EDIT:I just checked that link. All I see is it`s a site dedicated to 73-87 trucks.
