67-72 crew cabs

I have seen pictures of alot of crew cabs, but what is the skinney on them? Did the factory produce them or not and if they did, were any of them 4x4? They are cool as hell but what is the real scoop?

Re: 67-72 crew cabs

They are all custom built, so 4x4 or 2x4 was up to who ever built it. Now most of them are only 3doors if they were made from a Burb or 4dr if it was two cabs grafted together. I am sure a lot of pics will folow showing the different styles.

Here is one build. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=188993

Re: 67-72 crew cabs

Take a look on my lnghorn site, I have the modified for GM ones on there.
There is debate on weather or not to call them stock... To this day, GM will farm out cars to be turned into convertables, conversion vans. and so on and so on... if you call them factory cars, then yes, there were some factory crew cabs.
