very interested in the rear. does it have backing plates etc? dont need the gears or the carrier. mainly need the housing and the axles

The backing plates are there. They are for 2" rear brakes (not the larger 2 5/8)

I don't remember if the brakes and brake hardware are still on it or not, but I can take some pics/measure, whatever you need me to do. (It might take me a few days because the rear is over at a friends house...)

$50? (without the gears and carrier)

I also have a few open carriers and 3.73 gears if you could use those in place of the 2.92's.

i already have a set of 3.73 gears and am going to get an eaton posi carrier.50 bucks sounds great.its a bit of a ride for me up to there could possibly be there sunday if thats ok.let me know when would be good for you

i just got rid of most of my stuff.anything in particular you need? i have a few things laying around but cant think of what they are off hand. everything is at my dads. meeting me in york would be great i can throw you a few bucks for the gas.

no doors just some random small parts mainly 67-72 stuff. also have a 77 wrecker that will be for sale shortly but thats a little out of the price range were in now. sunday evening would be a lot easier for me. i hafta either borrow a truck or get someone to come with me which wont be a problem but it will be easier in the evening.the truck this rear is going in isnt tagged yet

Ha ha! - -yeah, that's a little over the top, and I don't think my wife would appreciate me sneaking out Sunday, and coming back with a wrecker.
