I took it off today
The hard top!!
So I got a new exhaust on it from the headers back, I blew out the previous cans. FloPro MX500 series with some nice chrome tips. Also put new chrome bumpers on and spray painted the outer grill. The outer grill used to be flat black I was going to wire wheel it but it had about 4 coats of paint and I said screw it, I was gonna polish it. Just decided to paint it with some aluminum spray paint I had . It looks pretty good for rattle can. Next I'm gonna get rid of the black mirrors and put some stock chrome ones on. heres a pic Last edited by rikyric; 05-06-2007 at 12:17 AM. |

Re: I took it off today
Wow, looks so much better with the chrome bumpers and the grill painted silver. That flat black was just a bad idea.
Ya got a soft top for it yet. Looks like the weather will be half way decent through the week, but you know May in the PNW. After looking at the 10-day, I sure wish I had a chance this weekend to take the top off mine.
