Best Way To Raise My Ride

Here is my pride 86 Silverado. The PO lowered it and i want it back at factory height. He heated the front springs and I don't know what he did to the back but I want to raise it what would be the best way? Tks

Well, Install stock height springs on the front. By the pic I'd think he didn't do a flip kit but probably just drop shackles on the rear of the springs, Which stock shackles can be re-installed.

You need to look under the back and see what was done to be sure.

Re: Best Way To Raise My Ride

Count your rear leafs. If they cheaped out and heated the front, chances are they just took some leafs outta the rear.

Re: Best Way To Raise My Ride

Ok tks will check the rear springs as for lowering it more I am not a fan of it. I 'm usually pulling a trailer behind it so i would rather have it factory height also i live on a gravel road
