First all, these pictures that i am about to link to are low quality, i will try to get some better pictures tomorrow ( mothers day ) or after work Monday.

Asking price is 250$, obo, the outside color is a dark grey or blue type color the best i can tell.

Are these out of a '88-'94 Chevy or GMC truck? Do they have 67-72 brackets mounted to them?

Yes, they are out of a 88-94 truck, but the have the 88-94 style brackets.
